We’ll notify you when your designs are ready, and you can download them directly from your dashboard.

Yes! Our designs are created on an open platform and are compatible with all manufacturers. If needed, manufacturers can contact us using the Balaji Dental Lab case ID for further assistance.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through debit/credit cards and wire transfers.
- After every design job, you will receive an invoice with a secure payment link for card payments.
- For regular clients, we can share our bank details for monthly wire transfers.
6. What file formats can I send?
